Had an amazing group vacation! The thermal baths were so relaxing, and we also hit the slopes for some fun snow sports. The staff was friendly, and everything felt super comfortable. I highly recommend dining at the restaurant-delicious food! Just keep in mind that the checkout time is strict, so plan accordingly.
We wanted a late checkout to enjoy the room after skiing, but they only allowed one extra hour.

Let me break it down for you
A pleasant stay overall with friendly staff enhancing the experience. The breakfast was a real treat, and the mini bar was well-supplied and complimentary. Parking was hassle-free. The dining options fell short in value, and I found the decor in the rooms heavy and somewhat uninviting. Worth a visit for the cozy atmosphere!

Fine mountain views from the hotel.
We faced several issues . The bathtub in our room didn't hold water, disappointing. I felt the thermal baths could have been warmer-visiting in May left us shivering during our soak. These inconveniences really detracted from our experience.
